Ultimate Cleaning Bundle Offer up to 31st Dec 2025

​Vacate Clean:

  1. 5% off for all clients on the first booking from July 2025

  2. 10% off on your second booking within 60 days.

  3. 15% off for returning clients- after 60 days to 30 June 2026.

  4. 20% off Bundle - Group of 3 to 4 jobs booked within 30 days.

General House Clean:

  1. $20 off First clean minimum 4 hours - once off:  Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Clean only.

  2. $30 off on Second clean minimum 4 hours weekly - once off:  Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Clean only.

  3. $40 off Refer to Friends and Family Members: Anytime

  4. $60 off - Bundle - Group of 4 jobs booked within 15 days.

Terms and Conditions for Residential and Vacate Clean:

  1. This offer applies from 1st July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

  2. General house cleaning minimum of 4 hours will be charged.

  3. A non- refundable booking fee of $132 including GST is required to secure your cleaning job. This fee covers administrative costs and holds your time slot. Please Note- This amount will be non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

  4. A $110 including GST rescheduling fee will apply to all Job Charges made with less than 24 hours notice.

  5. Full payment is due upon Job Completion.

  6. Any cleaning concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  7. The price estimate is confirmed upon booking and can be adjusted for significant changes to scope of work and duties.

  8. Starworld Cleaning is insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to unsecured valuables.

Commercial & Industrial Cleaning

  1. 2.5% flat off - Each month for next 12 months: on regular weekly & fortnight clean.

  2. 5% flat off - Each month for next 12 months: on regular 3 Times per week clean

  3. 7.5% flat off - Each month for next 12 months: on regular daily Cleaning.

  4. 10% flat off - Each month for next 12 months: on multiple premises up to 5 premises at different locations.

  5. 15% flat off - each month for next 12 months: on multiple premises up to more than 10 premises at different locations.

  6. $200 off Referral Bonus payment after 4 months of service.

Terms and Conditions for Commercial, Industrial & OC Clean:

  1. These offers are available for new clients only from July 2025.
